This chapter explains how to troubleshoot common issues with the capture board and the
SMARTkapp app.
What the indicator lights mean
SMARTkapp capture boards include four indicator lights. The indicator lights are in the bottom-
right corner of SMARTkapp 42" capture boards and on the pen ledge of SMARTkapp 84" capture
boards.
Startup
When you first connect the capture board to a power source, the indicator lights turn on and off in
the following order until the capture board is ready for use:
l Status
l Bluetooth
l USB
l Capture
After startup
When the capture board is ready for use, you can refer to the indicator lights to see the capture
board’s status and to diagnose common issues.
