Troubleshooting
• The Wi-Fi Gateway could not be connected to the Wi-Fi network or the connection is
unstable.
Check the name of the network and password. The device should be placed within
the coverage of the router signal.
• The SmartCuckoo App cannot obtain data from Bluetooth devices.
Make sure your Bluetooth devices are working.
Make sure your Bluetooth devices are within the Bluetooth-enable Distance of Wi-Fi
Gateway.
