Troubleshooting.
I cant setup my kettle on my wi network.
- Move your product to a dierent location within your kitchen as its performance may by aected by the range
of your wi network.
- The light sensing technology that allows your product to connect to your router can also be aecting by ambi-
ent light. Avoid conguring the Product with the app in bright places and ensure the phone covers the LED light
on the control panel.
- Check that your network setup meets the requirements for the product. It is compatible with 2.4ghz routers
only. Please re-attempt set-up.
- Please check that you have entered the correct wi password when setting up in the app, this is case sensitive.
It will not turn on.
- Check that the power source is plugged in and turned on. If your product has been used frequently, we recom-
mend descaling the coee machine. See care and cleaning instructions.
It keeps disconnecting from the app.

your wi network. This can be caused by thick walls and other objects interfering with the signal.
Checking your product rmware version.
To check the rmware version that is currently installed on your device please connect to the app and check the
product settings.
