(1) Q: Why all the indicators are off?
A: Check the following:
The connection between the power adaptor and the power socket.
The status of the power switch.
(2) Q: Why the Ethernet indicator is off?
A: Check the following:
The connection between the Cable Modem and your computer, hub, or
switch.
The running status of your PC, hub, or switch.
(3) Q: Why the ONLINE indicator is off?
A: Check CM DS/US LED is on. Check the connection between the Cable
Line and the wall HFC.
