INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Attach hook without cambuckle mechanism to a proper anchor point or cargo.
2. Attach hook with cambuckle mechanism to a proper anchor point.
3 Pull webbing through cambuckle until taut.
4. Once cargo is secure, wrap or tie up excess webbing.
5. To release, compress spring loaded push release to put slack on the load.
6. Remove hooks.
