Safety Instructions
In the case of any damages which are caused due to
failure to observe these operating instructions, the
guarantee will expire. We do not assume liability for
resulting damages.
Nor do we assume liability for damage to property or
personal injury, caused be improper use or the fail-
ure to observe the safety instructions. The guaran-
tee will expire in any such case.
The unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the product is
inadmissible because of safety and approval reasons (CE).
The product must not be exposed to high temperatures, strong
vibrations or shocks, high humidity or strong mechanical stress.
Make sure that all electrical connections and connecting cables
between the product and possibly existing extension cables are
correct and in accordance with the operating instructions.
Attention needs to be paid, that the protective conductor (yel-
low/green) is not interrupted at the mains power line or the
product, since there is lethal danger in the case of an interrupt-
ed protective conductor. The operation without a protective
conductor connection is not safe.
Never pour out liquids above the product. There is a high risk of fire
or a life-threatening electric shock. However, should this happen,
immediately pull the mains plug from the socket and consult an
expert.
Electrical devices should be out of reach of children. Please be extra
careful if children are around. Children might try to insert objects
into the device. There is a risk of a life-threatening electrical shock.

• Close the glass cover and secure it with the holding screw. Make
sure that the rubber seal is positioned correctly all the way around.
Disposal
In the case that the product no longer works and repair is no longer
possible either, please observe the generally applying legal regula-
tions when disposing of the device.
Maintenance and Care
Before starting to clean the device, please observe the follow-
ing safety instructions.
Apart from changing the illuminant, the product is maintenance-free.
The sensor lens and the glass cover should be regularly cleaned with
a clean, soft, slightly damp cloth to make sure it works correctly.
Never use aggressive cleansing agents or solvents since this might
damage the product. If the glass cover of the reflector lamp breaks,
it needs to be changed straight away for safety reasons.
