The installation should only be carried out by an expert whilst taking
into account VDE regulations.
All electrical connections must be in accordance with the regional or
supraregional regulations.
Work must only be carried out voltage-free. To do this, you have to
switch off the circuit breaker or unscrew the fuse, secure the device
against accidental switch-on.
Before carrying out installations, make sure that the connecting
cable is voltage-free.
The installation must only be carried out on stable, non-flammable
surfaces and only with suitable screws and dowels.
The supply line should be switchable via a light switch so that you
can switch off the halogen reflector lamp with IR sensor for a longer
period of time.
• Insert the illuminant as described in the chapter Changing of Illu-
minant.

• Check the place of installation whether there is enough room to
move for the installation by holding the halogen reflector lamp
150W with IR sensor against the wall.
• Use the holding angle as a model to mark the drill holes. Mark the
two drill holes through its installation holes.
• Drill the holes on the markings at the desired depth.
• If necessary, insert dowels.
• Remove the housing on the back of the connecting box. Lead the
connecting cable through the cable gland.
• Now connect the cables (Illus. 2)
• Do not forget to secure the cable with the strain relief.
• Close the cover of the housing of the connecting box.
• Tighten the cable gland with a stud torque of 10Nm.
• After having checked all works, switch the circuit breaker on
and/or screw the fuse back in.
