Never use force to plug a lead in to a socket. Check the connection for foreign
bodies. If the plug does not fit properly, it is probably not intended for that particular
socket. Make sure that plug and socket correspond and that you have aligned the
plug correctly with the socket.
Acceptable temperature range for the pH Bolus and the supplied buffer
solution.
Make sure the pH Bolus is used exclusively within a temperature range of 20 ºC to 50
ºC. Lower temperatures may result in a reduction in the battery run time. Store the
pH Bolus in the packing, together with the buffer solution, at temperatures ranging
from 5 ºC to 30 ºC.

Disposal of buffer solution
Recommendation: smaller quantities can be disposed of together with household
waste.
Disposal and recycling of the pH Bolus, the Mobile Reader and the USB
antenna
These products must be disposed of in accordance with local environmental laws
and regulations. Since the pH Bolus, Mobile Reader and the USB antenna are
electronic devices and contain a battery, they must be separated from household
waste. If necessary, check with local authorities for disposal and recycling options.

the return of used pH boluses, Mobile Readers and/or USB antennas in order to
ensure the correct disposal of all materials contained. Return the used pH Bolus in
the packing to your dealer or send it directly to smaXtec animal care sales GmbH.

The above symbol indicates that this product is to be disposed of separately from
household waste in accordance with local laws and regulations. Please ensure you
dispose of this product at an official collection point. Several collection points accept
used products for disposal free of charge. The separated collection and recycling of
waste helps to save on raw material reserves and guarantees adherence to all
regulations for the protection of human health and the environment.
