on power reset).
level - One of the syslog severity levels listed in the following table.
Messages sent include the selected level down to level 0.

RAM: informational (level 6 - 0)

Command Usage
The message level specified for flash memory must be a higher priority
(i.e., numerically lower) than that specified for RAM.
