• If the appliance is replaced, 
remove the door and leave the 
shelves in their positions, in order 
to prevent children from being 
trapped inside.
Our appliances are packaged in 
non-polluting and recyclable mate-
rials.
• Deliver the packing materials to 
the appropriate recycling centre.

• Do not leave the packaging or 
any part of it unattended.
• Do not let children play with the 
plastic bags.
1.5  Technical support
•  If the appliance malfunctions, 
contact the technical support 
service. Repairs should only be 
carried out by qualied person-
nel.
•  Make sure you have the model 
and serial number, which can 
be found on the identication 
plate, at hand.
•  Only use original spare parts.
•  Do not try to repair the applian-
ce yourself or without the assi-
stance of a qualied technician: 
in addition to safety issues, it 
could also invalidate the gua-
rantee.
•  Original spares will be avai-
lable for 10 years after the 
model is no longer produced.
•  The following spare parts are 
only available to authorised 
repair technicians: electronic 
boards, thermostats, temperature 
sensors, hinges, lamps, door 
handles.
1.6  Identication plate
The identication plate bears the 
technical data, serial number and 
brand name of the appliance. Do 
not remove the identication plate 
for any reason.
1.7  Energy label
Information about the performance 
of your appliance can be found in 
the EU EPREL database. Use the 
following link and enter
the model name (which can be 
found on the identication plate):
https://eprel.ec.europa.eu 
The website can be accessed 
quickly using the QR code on the 
energy
label. Use a device with a QR 
reader app.
The energy label should be kept 
together with all the documents 
supplied with the appliance.
