11.INSTALLATION

11.1 Minimum clearance to combustible surfaces

Freestanding cooker

A 600 mm (Overhead) measured from the highest part of the highest burner and 750 mm for an exhaust

fan

B 200 mm (Vertical combustible surface) measured form the edge of the nearest burner.

C 10 mm (Horizontal combustible surface) below the hob.

Refer to AS/NZS 5601 (Protection of a combustible surface) if the above minimum clearances

cannot be achieved.

The appliance connection point shall be accessible with the appliance installed.
