After use, switch off the hob
element by its control and do
not rely on the pan detector.

WARNING: Unattended
cooking on a hob with fat
or oil can be dangerous and
may result in fire. NEVER
try to extinguish a fire with
water, but switch off the
appliance and then cover
flame e.g. with a lid or a fire
blanket.

CAUTION: The cooking
process has to be
supervised. A short term
cooking process has to be
supervised continuously.

The appliance is not intended
to be operated by means of
an external timer or separate
remote-control system.

The cooking hob is intended
to be built into the worktop
above a kitchen cabinet of
600mm width or more.

If fitting in flammable
material, the guidelines and
standards for low voltage
installations and for the fire
protection must be strictly
observed.

For fitted units, the
components (plastic
materials and veneered
wood) must be assembled
with heat-resistant adhesives
(min. 100 °C): Unsuitable
materials and adhesives
