2. The appliance will ask the user to choose
whether or not to perform pre-cooling.
3. Pre-cool the appliance and set the
pre-cooling temperature to -30°C.
Press to confirm.
4. Upon confirmation, the display will show
that appliance pre-cooling is in progress.
5. Once pre-cooling is complete, press
“ok”.
6. Place the foods for blast chilling into the
appliance, and press to start the
function.
It is recommended to perform
pre-cooling of the appliance
interior to attain the best results.
The recommended temperature for
pre-cooling is -30°C.
Pre-cooling should be performed
with the appliance empty.
