7. The display will show the progress of the
function.
8. When the function has finished, the
appliance will beep, and the function
progress bar and set temperature will no
longer be displayed.
Blast chill by probe
When the blast chill by probe option is
selected, the appliance prompts the user to
choose whether or not to perform
pre-cooling.
1. Pre-cool the appliance. Press to
confirm.
2. Upon confirmation, the display will show
that appliance pre-cooling is in progress.
3. Once pre-cooling is complete, press
“ok”.
It is recommended to perform
pre-cooling of the appliance
interior to attain the best results.
The recommended temperature for
pre-cooling is -30°C.
Pre-cooling should be performed
with the appliance empty.
