Using the broiler
Electronic spark ignition:
Push in zero position up to the
mechanical stop for at least 2 seconds
(the sparking will be heard) and rotate
the temperature knob clockwise to
BROIL. This automatically activates the
electric spark igniter.

Grilling should never last more than 30
minutes.
NOTE: The oven and the broiler
must never be used at the same
time.
OVEN (250°F - 500°F)
The heat coming just from the bottom allows
you to complete the cooking of foods that
require a higher bottom temperature,
without affecting their browning. Perfect for
cakes, pies, tarts and pizzas.
OVEN + CONV BAKE
In combination with the oven, the fan
distributes the heat evenly. This function is
perfect for slow cooking using a steady
temperature.
BROIL
The heat coming from the broiler gives
perfect grilling results above all for thin and
medium thickness meat and in combination
with the rotisserie (where fitted) gives the
food an even browning at the end of
cooking. This function is perfect for
sausages, ribs and ham. This function
enables large quantities of food,
particularly meat, to be grilled evenly.
NOTE: Never exceed 30 minutes
when cooking in grilling mode.
NOTE: For safety reasons, the fan
does not work in combination with
the broil function.
DEFROST (Rapid)
Rapid defrost is assisted by the activation of
a fan to ensure uniform distribution of room
temperature air inside the oven. This
function can be used for any type of food.
LIGHT
In this position, the oven light can be turned
on during normal operations.
