Indented Paragraph

To indent a paragraph, set “temporary left margins.” When text prints,

the paragraph will be automatically indented. Below is an example of a

paragraph indented five spaces.

Setting Indent

1. Tab or space to the desired indent location.

2. Press Code + Indent (6). A beep is heard, the Indent symbol (PI) is

displayed on the text line, and the Status Line displays:

Indent ON

3. Type the desired text.

4. Press Code + Indent (6) to deactivate Indent. The Status Line

displays:

Indent OFF

National Accounting Seminar
