Step 1: Assemble light mount brackets on lights and temporarily set them in box. Set your winch in the box

to make sure the light brackets will not interfere. The light brackets can be mounted in two variations to

accommodate most winches. (Fig A) After determining proper fitment remove the winch and install the lights.

Use the hardware included with the lights. (Fig B) There are pre dilled holes in the base of the box. Note” in

some cases you may need to drill new mounting holes using a ½” drill bit. (Run wiring through the hole in the

back corner of box)

Step 2: Install fairlead on box before installing the winch. (Fig C)

Step 3: Once lights and fairlead are installed place winch in box. If winch has separate control box, be sure

to install and connect cables on winch before installing in box. (Be sure to run power cables through the hole

in the back of the box) Determine best mounting hole locations on the bottom of box and secure with winch

hardware. You can gain access to from underneath the box to secure the winch. (Fig D, E F)

Determine the appropriate hole location on the black box mount and lineup with the pin hole on the receiver. Install included hitch bolt through receiver and tighten securely. (Fig G, H) Install pin clip when completely tightened.

Please consult your owner’s manual. The receiver hitch is not supplied by Smittybilt and Smittybilt cannot be held responsible for damage due to improper installation and/or use.
