Installation Instructions
Easy Install Billet Grille (Part # 838061)
2007 Toyota Tundra
NOTE: Carefully read entire instructions thoroughly before
attempting to install this part.
INCLUDED COMPONENTS
TOOLS REQUIRED
- Phillips Screwdriver
- Crescent Wrench
1 – Billet Grille
8 – J-Brackets
8 – M4 x 35mm Phillips Screws
8 – M4 Flange Nuts

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Inspect product and check components with item listed above.
2. Optional: protect the factory grill with painters tape (as shown in pictures).
3. Pop Hood.
4. Attach Brackets to Billet Grilles using included Phillips Screws and Flange Nuts. ONLY SECURE WITH 1-2
THREADS, LEAVE VERY LOOSE.
5. Position the Billet Grilles onto grille shell cavity (Figure 3).
6. Twist the Brackets so that they secure the Billet Grilles to the vehicle shell (Figure 4).

7. Once the Billet Grille is loosely attached, center it and tighten all Phillips Screws at the same rate.
8. Close hood and confirm Billet Grille is securely installed.
