Smoker Assembly
Locate:
• (8) Grid Supports
• Heat Tent
• Water Pan
• Water Pan Support
Tools Needed:
None
Procedure:
Assemble (4) Grid Supports in the
holes in the left side of the
smoker. Repeat the procedure
for the right side making sure the
Grid Support on the left side and
right side are at the same height
so the cooking grids are level.
Place the Heat Tent on the top of
Rails as shown. Place the Water
Pan and Water Pan Support into
the Grid Supports as shown.
