TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Soluon
Massa ge heads rota ng
at reduced speed.
The load on the massag e heads is excessive. Reduce pressure
and try
ag ain.
Device switches off
suddenly.
Device ma y have been in use for 15 minutes. Auto-shutoff funcon
acvated. Connue using by pressing the ‘On’ buo n aer resng
the unit for 15 minutes.
Over-heat protecon funcon acvated. Device is switched off for
your safety. Please rest device for 15-30 minutes before restarng.
Device fails to sta rt.
Check if device has been used for more than 15 minutes. If so, let
device rest for 15 minut es before connuing. Device may require
lo nger me to cool in war mer environments.
Check if adaptor is plugged into socket.
Check if adaptor o utput is connected to device power inlet wire.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch the power plug with wet hands.
Befo re cleaning, allow unit to cool.
Wipe the u
nit with a so, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any kind of chemical
or
alcohol and solvent liquids.
Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.
If the unit is parcularly dirty, use the following instrucons:
1.
Dampen a cloth in water o r a 3%–5% mild detergent soluo n.
2.
Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
3.
Clean the cl oth in water and wring it out, then wipe away any remaining
detergent off
the surface of the unit.
4.
Wipe the areas with a so, dry cloth to dry.
5.
Wait for the unit to become f
ull y dry before use.
Pla ce ma ssager in a safe, dry, an d cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or
pointed
objects which might cut or puncture the surface.
Removable Sleeve
•
Sl eeve wraps around unit, covering massage hea ds, and fastens with loop strip.
•
Wash in cold wat er with mild detergent. Allow to air dry.
