Installing the Snap-N-Seal
Window Insulator System
1) Open the trim up fully and peel the clear protective
masking from both sides of the acrylic sheet.
2) Attach the clear sill trim piece to the bottom edge of
the sheet. Make sure to face the tab facing outward for
easier removal.
3) Install the acrylic sheet into the open trim pieces.
4) Snap the trim pieces closed onto the edges of the
sheet.
For windows without sills use the same trim piece that
is used for the other 3 sides for your bottom piece. In
some cases, you may have to purchase another trim
piece (item # 2160) to produce the bottom piece.
5) Peel the protective masking from the adhesive on
the back of the trim pieces. Line your finished Snap-N-
Seal indoor window up carefully and press firmly into
place.
For best results, push down on the window to squeeze
the flexible seal on the bottom of the sill piece to ensure
a good seal to the window sill. Then work up on each
side pressing the trim pieces against the window trim
until the entire indoor window insulator system is tightly
sealed.
