3.2 Use of the outer cover
3.2.1 Open / close the open and closing detection function
The inside of the column-2 of the cover is equipped with an intelligent sensor, which can detect the switching
status of the cover door in real time.
You can click on the Settings> Cover Cover in the main interface of the touch screen, and turn on or off the
3D printing and CNC detection function in the cover setting interface. During laser operation, the open and
close detection function is on by default and cannot be off.
When the function is turned on, the machine immediately stops work or stops the calibration when the sensor
detects that the hood door is opened. To resume, you should first close the outer cover door, and then click
the Start button on the touch screen to continue working, or reenter the calibration process.
If you need to open the outer cover door frequently during the 3D printing or CNC operation, and you do not
want the operation process to pause with the door opening, you can turn off the opening and closing detection
function in the corresponding scenario.
