4 The 3D printing
4.1 Assemble the 3D printer
1. Move the cam handle of the support platform to left to be unfastened, and then card the 3D printing
platform into the support platform.
In the later functional section, this specification will guide you to print with two
volumes of Snapmaker Luban consumables (PLA & Easy stripping PLA).
Therefore, make sure that the glass print plate is a PEI face-up.
2. Turn the cam handle supporting the platform to a tighten state.
Ensure that the block is fully inserted into the fixture.
3. Insert the hot bed cable into the hot bed.
Ensure that the wiring port is facing correctly.
When the machine is energized, do not plug or plug the bed cable!
To switch from the 3D printing function to the laser or CNC function, plug the hot
bed connector inside the hood to prevent material debris from drifting into the
laser or CNC operation.
4. Move the cam handle of the execution head snap change slide seat to the left to be unfastened, and then
slide the twin nozzle module from right to left into the slide seat.
Ensure sure the execution head is fully slid into the slide seat.
5. Turn the cam handle of the head change slide to the right.
Ensure that the cam handle is thoroughly fastened.
6. Insert the execution head connector into the dual nozzle module.
Ensure that the wiring port is facing correctly.
7. Pass the guide pipe outside through the guide tube holder until the limit tape of the guide tube covers the
outside socket of the guide holder.
If you want to pull out the guide pipe, it is necessary to press the circle sheet at
the socket first.
To switch from the 3D printing function to the laser or CNC function, first attach
the guide tube clip on the top of the outer cover, and then clip the guide tube to
avoid interference with the laser or CNC operation.
