settings: Read the Terms of Use> Select Language> Naming Machine> Connect to Wi-Fi.
The initialization settings is only present on the first boot. To change the above
settings, click Settings on the touchscreen home interface, and then click Wi-Fi,
language, or about the machine as necessary.
4.2.2 Calibrate the 3D printing function
When 3D printing is first enabled, the touch screen guides you to the necessary calibration operations to
ensure that the dual spray head module works properly. The calibration guidelines for 3D printing function
includes three processes: loading, Z axis offset calibration & hot bed leveling, and XY axis offset calibration. It
is recommended to read the introduction of this section before following the touch screen prompts.
This calibration guide only appears when the 3D printing feature is first used. If
you need to re-calibrate the Z axis offset, flatten the heat bed, or calibrate the XY
axis offset later, please click the calibration on the touch screen main interface,
and then select the corresponding process.
1. Load Filament
Consumables enter the module from the inlet, transmitted from the extruder to the hot end, and extruded
from the nozzle after heating. Our dual nozzle module adopts the design of double extrusion wheel, which has
better consumables bite force and extrusion force, so as to achieve stable and smooth feeding and return, and
can effectively avoid consumables fracture and nozzle blockage.
