During the loading process, the nozzle will be heated to an extremely high
temperature, do not touch directly!
In the later subsection, this manual will lead you to print Snapmaker Luban's
built-in case model. Therefore, make sure to use two volumes of our supplied
consumables (PLA & Easy stripping PLA).
If the consumables need to be replaced later, follow the following steps:
1. Click control> consumables on the main interface of the touch screen;
2. Select the nozzle to be replaced, set the target temperature, and then click
heat;
3. When the nozzle is heated to the target temperature, click Return to
remove the consumables from the module;
4. Insert the new consumables into the module and click the feed until the new
consumables flow out of the nozzle to complete the replacement.
2. Z-axis offset calibration & hot bed leveling
function Introduction:
The dual spray head module has a built-in intelligent sensor, which can be used to automatically level the
printing platform, and calibrate the distance between the left and right nozzle and the platform during the
printing process, so as to ensure that the dual nozzle always works at the correct and consistent height during
the printing process, and avoid problems such as poor adhesion of the first layer, scraping the platform, and
head collision.
Calibration principle:
In the Z-axis offset alignment, the left and right nozzles touch the printing platform successively and obtain the
Z-axis height of the module when the nozzle just fits the platform; In the subsequent hot bed leveling process,
the left nozzle repeats the above steps at specific points in the platform to obtain the flatness data of the
platform. During the printing process, the machine will adjust the movement of the two-jet nozzle module in
real time by combining the data obtained by the two calibration processes to make the corresponding
compensation.
