surface of the nozzle and the printing board may be scratched.
Method 2: Stop the current printing task and clear the model on the printing
board, and then click the calibration in the main interface of the touch screen
to restart the Z-axis offset calibration and hot bed leveling. The machine is
calibrated in automatic mode by default.
If the calibration results remain short, you can try the following further:
○ Z-axis offset alignment: Click on the upper right corner of the
calibration page, switch to another mode, and then calibrate again.
○ Hot bed leveling: click on the upper right corner of the calibration
page, switch to the manual mode, increase the leveling points, or increase
the normal hot bed temperature, and then calibrate again.
For more information on 3D printing calibration, please refer to our online
user manual: In the navigation bar of Snapmaker, official website, click Support>
Product Support> Snapmaker Artisan> User manual.
Method 3: Apply an appropriate amount of washable solid glue (such as PVP
solid glue) evenly in the printing area to enhance the adhesion effect of the
first layer of the print material. After printing, dip a wipe cloth in clean water
to wipe the residual solid glue.
For cover, refer to Section 3.2 of this specification: Use the cover for more
guidance.
4.3.4, Remove the print material
After waiting for the printing and the temperature of the nozzle and hot bed to drop to room temperature, you
can use a spatula to remove the print from the glass print board.
At the end of printing, the temperature of the nozzle and the hot bed is still very
high, do not touch directly!
