Quick Start Guide

This guide appears only during the first laser function. If you need to recalibrate
the material thickness measurement system or the camera later, please click the
calibration in the main interface on the touch screen, and then select the
corresponding process.

The 10W laser module has a built-in triangular ranging system that automatically measures the material
thickness by casting a red laser on the material surface to capture the laser image.
Calibration principle:
Material thickness measurement calibration is the calibration of the parameters within a triangulated ranging
system. During the calibration process, the machine needs to determine the height of the laser engraving and
cutting platform with the aid of the laser calibration plate, and to adjust the thickness calculation parameters by
measuring the laser calibration plate of the known thickness.
Before clicking to start, make sure that the outer cover door is closed and enter
the laser security password. The initial password is the last four digits of the
machine serial number (S / N), which can be viewed in the product label at the
bottom of the integrated controller.
