6 CNC carving and cutting
6.1 Assemble the CNC engraving and cutting machine
1. Place your hands on both ends of the X axis and move the X axis up above the Z axis bracket.
2. Turn the quick removal handle to unfastened and card the CNC carving and cutting platform into the
support platform.
3. Turn the quick removal handle of the support platform to tightening.
Make sure the press is fully inserted into the snap clip and tighten the grip.
4. Turn the quick remove handle to be unfastened, and then slide the 200W CNC module from right to left
into the execution head transfer plate base.
5. Turn the quick removal handle of the execution head transfer plate base to the fastening state.
Hold the handle after making sure the execution head has fully slid into the
base.
When tighten the handle, please hold the X axis with the other hand to avoid the
force slide of the X axis.
6. Inserts the execution header into the 200W CNC module.
Ensure that the wiring port is facing correctly.

When connecting, hold the X axis with the other hand to avoid the force slide of
the X axis.
7. Connect the control box to the power supply.
Make sure the power switch is turned off before wiring!
When the machine is energized, do not plug or pull any connecting lines without
special instructions!
