If it is difficult to remove the oil with clean water, you can dip a wipe cloth in an
appropriate amount of alcohol before trying to remove it.
7.1.2. Clean the dust proof screen
Maintain the scene
When the double-spray nozzle module is working or left idle for a long time, part of the dust in the air will
attach to the dust-proof net in the air intake duct on both sides. If not cleaned up in time, it may hinder the heat
dissipation, and thus affect the working efficiency of the module.
Maintenance frequency
At least once a month.
Maintenance method
1. Prepare the cleaning tools: cotton swabs or paper towels, clean water;
2. Ensure that the machine is powered off and that the power switch is turned off;
3. Dip with a cotton swab or paper towel in the appropriate amount of water, gently wipe the left and right
sides of the double sprinkler head module inlet duct dust net;
Cotton swabs are a disposable item. If there is still dust on the dust-proof net
after wiping, please take a new cotton swab and wipe it again.
4. Wipe to the dust net surface without dust, no water stains, that is, to complete the cleaning.
7.1.3 Clean the spray nozzle
Maintain the scene
During 3D printing, some of the squeezed consumables may adhere to the nozzle surface. After the nozzle is
cooled, these consumables residues will also solidify, which is difficult to remove. Failure to clean up may plug
the nozzle, or leave a dark mark on the later print.
