3. If you wish to assign a CONTACT TYPE, select one from the drop-down

list. The default setting is NONE.

a. You can assign distince ringtones to the contact types Friends, Fam-

ily, Colleagues, and VIPs.

b. Calls from entries on the VIP list will always ring on the phone, even

when it is in a call and when it is in DND mode.

c. Calls from entries on the Deny list will always receive a busy signal.

4. Outgoing identity. The drop-down list shows all identities configured on

the phone. If you select one of the identities, all calls to a particular

phone book entry will be made showing that identity on the callee’s

phone.

5. Click on SAVE/EDIT.

Delete whole directory

Deletes entire directory irretrievably!
