CALL FORWARDING
This feature automatically redirects all or certain incoming calls to another
phone or a mailbox. It is possible to configure the settings on the phone and
on the web interface.
If you use call forwarding frequently, you may also want to turn it on and off
with the touch of just one key instead of going through the menu every time.

1. Always. All incoming calls are forwarded to the number of the phone,
extension, or mailbox specified as this function’s target.
2. Busy. Calls ringing while phone is busy are forwarded to the number of
the phone, extension, or mailbox specified as this function’s target.
3. Timeout. When a call starts ringing, the phone will wait for the number of
seconds specified. If the call is not accepted by the end of this time
period, it is forwarded to the number of the phone, extension, or mailbox
specified as this function’s target.

If your Internet Telephony provider or your PBX uses codes to turn functions
on and off, refer to their manuals for the codes to enter in On Code/Off
Code text fields or ask your administrator.
1. Click on Preferences.
2. Under Call Forwarding enter the phone number for each forwarding
event in the respective text box.
3. In the case of Timeout, also enter the number of seconds in the Timeout
(sec) text field.
4. Click on Save.
5. Whenever you wish to turn call forwarding on, click on the radio-button
“on” of the call forwarding event and press Save.
