Downloading the Phone Directory File
1. After preparing and saving the file as described in "Preparing the Phone Directory File", click on
Browse (Fig. 1) and select the file on your PC or server (Fig. 2). The name of the file will appear to
the right of the Browse button (Fig. 3).

2. Click on Load (Fig. 3).
3. Reboot the base station to make sure that the changes take eect.
After the file has been downloaded to the base station, the name of the file is not visible on the
Central Directory page anymore. You can view the contents of the imported file on the registered
handsets, but not on the base station.
