CONSUMER SNOWPLOW WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY TO CONSUMERS
COVERAGE
SnowBear® Plows Inc., warrants to each purchaser of a SnowBear® Plow purchased for personal, family or household
use that the snowplow will, for a period of one (1) year after original purchase, be free from defects in material or
workmanship under normal use and service. SnowBear® Plows Inc. warrants accessories purchased separately for a
period of one (1) year after original purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
SnowBear® Plows Inc does not authorize any party, including its authorized distributors or dealers, to offer any other
warranty on behalf of SnowBear® Plows Inc.
Upon expiration of the warranty period, SnowBear® Plows Inc will have no further liability related to the snowplow.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty shall not apply to any parts not furnished by SnowBear® Plows Inc.,or any damage caused by
such parts, nor does it cover any snowplow subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, other than ordinary use
improper installation or improper maintenance or storage.
Warranty does not apply to paint deterioration, expendable parts, such as pins, springs, cutting edges,
bushings, guides, nuts and bolts or tightening nuts and bolts which are considered normal maintenance.
Warranty for installation errors and omissions shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser and SnowBear®
Plows Inc.will not be responsible for any damage caused by improper installation by others or for any
damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence and/or accidents.
SnowBear® Plows Inc. will not be responsible for any expense related to parts or labor which is unrelated to
defects in material or workmanship of a SnowBear® Plows Inc.snowplow.
In no event shall SnowBear® Plows Inc. be liable for claims for loss of use or consequential damages.
The SnowBear® Plows Inc., snowplows are not intended for commercial use. Therefore, this
warranty does not cover commercial use.
This warranty is made only to the original purchaser. There is no other warranty expressed, implied, or
statutory.
SnowBear® Plows Inc., reserves the right to change specification without prior notice
REMEDY FOR DEFECTIVE SNOWPLOW
Upon receipt by SnowBear® Plows Inc., or an authorized distributor or dealer of any defective snowplow covered by this
warranty, SnowBear® Plows Inc., will, at its option, repair or replace the defective snowplow at its expense including
labor costs at its standard rate incurred while repairing said snowplow, provided that the purchaser of that snowplow has
followed the process for obtaining warranty set forth below. The snowplow so repaired or supplied as a replacement will
be shipped to the purchaser of the defective snowplow, with transportation charges being the responsibility of the
purchaser. Any damage in transit will be the responsibility of the carrier or at the risk of the purchaser.
SnowBear® Plows Inc., will in no event be liable for any consequential, incidental or special damages arising out
of the use of, or inability to use, the snowplow, whether based on SnowBear® Plows Inc.’s breach of warranty,
negligence or strict liability.
PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
Within ten (10) days after any defect in a snowplow arising during the warranty period becomes known, the purchaser
of the snowplow must notify an authorized distributor or dealer of the claimed defect, in writing, and provide proof of
original purchase. The Purchaser must return the snowplow to the authorized distributor or dealer. No returned product
will be accepted unless prior written approval is received by SnowBear® Plows Inc. in the form of RGA # (Returned
Goods Authorization Number)
