9 Troubleshooting
9.1 ECO-02 device doesn’t function (LED panel is off)
● ECO-02 device might have stopped temporarily due to no voltage. >>>Make sure that the source
power socket is functional. (Red light should appear on the socket)
● ECO-02 device might have stopped temporarily due to an on/off switch. >>> Make sure that the
power button is switched to ON mode.

● ECO-02 device is not showing status on the LED panel. >>> Please contact Soapy Care Ltd.

9.2 ECO-02 device doesn’t provide water
● Water inlet of the facility is closed. >>> Open the water inlet of the facility. (See "
Installation", para.
5)
● Water inlet hose is bent. >>> Correct hose position.
● Water inlet filter is clogged. >>> Clean the filter. (See "
Filter maintenance", para. 7.3)
9.3 There is water leaking from the ECO-02 device
● Water inlet hose is not connected properly >>> Make sure that the water inlet is securely fitted and
sealed. Attach the water inlet hose to the tap tightly, taking care to seal it well.
● Water drainage system is clogged. >>> Make sure drainage hose is not clogged and fits directly into
the drainage of the facility. Make sure the sink strainer is clean and not clogged.
