Windows 2000
1. After you complete the New Connection Wizard, right-click on the icon
for the connection you just created. In the pop-up menu, select
Properties.
2. Click on the Networking tab. Check Internet Protocol and click
Properties.
3. Enter any necessary settings. If needed, click Advanced to enter DNS,
WNS or other settings. When done, click OK.
4. Click OK again in the main properties screen. Restart your computer to
make sure the changes take effect.
Windows Me and 98SE
1. After you complete the Make New Connection Wizard, right-
click on the icon for the connection you just created. In the pop-
up menu, select Properties.
2. Click on the Networking (Windows Me) or Server Types
(Windows 98SE) tab. Click TCP/IP Settings.
3. Enter any necessary settings, then click OK.
4. Click OK again in the main properties screen. Restart your
computer to make sure the changes take effect.
