If you have trouble installing or using the Cordless 56K Modem, Socket has
two resources to help you:
Socket Online Support
Socket Online Support is an interactive technical support
program that provides immediate service and is the best place to
start for technical support. To access SOS, visit:
www.socketcom.com/support. Click on the SOS icon.
Live Technical Support
IMPORTANT! To obtain technical support, you must first
register your product online at
www.socketcom.com/prodreg.
After product registration, log in and click on the Technical Support tab.
Click New Trouble Ticket to submit an email request for technical support.
Afterwards, you can log in any time to track the status of your request. If
we are unable to resolve your support inquiry online, we can arrange for a
representative to call you at a specific time.
Please refrain from disassembling the modem. Disassembly of this device
will void the product warranty
