SOCKETSCAN 10 SPECIAL FEATURES
Scanner Info
You can view Scanner Info only when the CHS is connected to your smartphone.
1. In SocketScan 10, click Menu | Scanner Info.
2. In the Scanner Info screen, some basic properties of your CHS are displayed. If desired,
click in the Scanner Name field to change the Bluetooth friendly name of your CHS.
After making any changes, click Menu | Save.
Scanner Settings
You can configure scanner settings only when the CHS is connected to your
smartphone.
1. In SocketScan 10, click Menu | Scanner Settings. The CHS will disconnect from
SocketScan 10 and beep twice.
2. If prompted to connect to Socket CHS, click Yes. The CHS will connect to Scanner
Settings and beep once.
