4. After a successful read, data should appear in your document. For
example, in a Pocket Excel spreadsheet, data should appear in the first
cell.
Note: If your Pocket PC
enters sleep mode when
SocketScan is running,
simply press the ON button
to restart SocketScan and
initialize the reader.
Note: The tag ID consists of a two digit tag type code, a colon and a 12,
16 or 20 character tag ID. If you would like to strip the tag type code
and following fill zeroes from the wedge function, e-mail
[e-mail] and ask for a special DLL file to accomplish this.
This capability will be included as an option in a future version of
SocketScan.
