Unplug your SoClean 3 from its power source and plug it back in.
If the issue persists, contact SoClean customer service.
SOLUTIONS
Check that the AC Power Adapter is plugged-in correctly into the
back of the SoClean 3 and the AC wall outlet. If the issue persists,
contact SoClean customer service.
GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING
Check that your CPAP hose has been properly placed
into the Hose Slot and the Lid is fully closed.
Replace with a new Filter.
Open/close lid with mask and hose installed to continue.
Do not attempt to defeat the Hose Detect Feature.
Open and securely close the Filter door.
Order replacement Filter.
Check to see if the Lid is fully closed.
Some CPAP hoses may not be compatible with your SoClean 3.
Contact SoClean customer service.
