Be sure to leave one second between presses and do not press again
after the initial setting unless you intend to cancel the Cycle Delay.
Disconnect the SoClean from power leave the room for 7 minutes. Inspect
your SoClean 3 for damage, such as cracks in the plastic components,
cracks in the Ozone Tube and broken/torn/missing gaskets in the device
Lid. Check the Ozone Tube and ensure it is properly connected to the
back of your SoClean 3 and your CPAP adapter. Discontinue use of your
SoClean device if it is physically damaged. If you smell ozone and believe
the SoClean device is not operating correctly, disconnect the power to
the device and contact SoClean.
Wash your CPAP mask and hose with the Neutralizing Pre-Wash. Do
not use scented detergent or vinegar as they can react with the ozone
and produce undesirable odors. You can also operate a Fresh Air Cycle
before use to freshen the air in your CPAP equipment.
GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING
SOLUTIONS
Discontinue use and contact SoClean customer service. Be sure your
mask is completely dry before operating a Disinfect Cycle.
Try using a mask liner. If rash continues, stop using your SoClean 3,
consult your physician, and contact SoClean.
