Lid does not

open when

the Lid Open

pushed

illuminated blue on

I hear a click and

the buttons light

up blue but the Lid

doesn’t open.

Your device is

making a noise

like it’s operating

but there are

several red

indicators on

the control panel

will not

Progress bar is

flashing blue.

The “!” icon will flash

after the Lid Open

button is pushed.
