Warranty
All products come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against product defect.
At our opon, we will repair or replace the product with equal or similar product. Im-
proper use, abuse, damage from acts of God, or commercial use are not covered under
this warranty. Transportaon of the product requiring repair or replacement will be at
purchaser’s expense. Only the original purchaser with proof of purchase at the original
delivery address shall be covered. Wrien noce of any claim should include proof of
purchase, descripon of the problem, and photograph of the defect. Natural marks
or wrinkling of leather are not defects, but are proof that genuine cowhide is used.
Applicaon of improper substances, spills from paint, dyes or acids, or exposure to
direct sunlight or other heat source to the leather are not covered. Cushions will natu-
rally soen over me, a result of normal use, and should not be confused with loss of
resilience due to defects in construcon or materials. WARRANTY LIMITATION: Dwell
Home Inc warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship for the stated
warranty period from the date of purchase by the consumer. Dwell Home Inc will
repair or replace merchandise at our opon upon inspecon at our factory. Transporta-
on of merchandise is the responsibility of the user. Dwell Home Inc makes no express
or implied warranes including any WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR USE, and is not responsible for improper installaon, inadequate
maintenance, abuse, normal wear & tear, or failures reported aer conclusion of the
warranty period. Dwell Home Inc will not assume responsibility for any claims in excess
of our charges for the merchandise involved. Solely to the extent and in the manner
set forth herein. Please register your product within 30 Days of Purchase date from an
Authorized Dwell Home Inc reseller.
