NETWORK / POE DETECTION
• Power on the CableMaster 600/650.
• Connect the CableMaster 600/650 to an ac ve Network
cable or port.
• Use the le or right arrow bu ons to select the Network/
PoE icon and press the enter bu on or press the Network/
POE so key.
• The CableMaster 600/650 will automa cally detect and display link capability,
connec on speed, PoE class, and PoE Min/Max voltages.
• To perform a Network Test only, press the PoE so key.
• To save the PoE data, press the Save so key.
• Use the arrow bu ons and the enter bu on to name the PoEle.
• Press the Save so key to save the PoEle.
LINK LIGHT
• Power on the CableMaster 600/650.
• Connect the CableMaster 600/650 to an acve Network
cable or port.
• Press the Network/Poe so key then press the Link
Light so key.
• The Link Light will automacally begin upon entering the Link Blink menu.
• The Link LED above the LCD screen will ash at the same cadence as the port light.
• Use the up and down arrows to adjust the transmit frequency to suit the
switchcharacteriscs.
