funnel, pull the press bar backward, make sure the tube on
the funnel aligns with groove in the appliance, then insert
thefunnelintotheappliancefromthe“Insert”positionand
releasethepressbar,andyoucanxthemintocoeemaker
rmlythroughturnitanticlockwiseuntilitisatthe“lock”
position.(Seegure1).
3. Place an espresso cup on removable shelf.
4. Then connect the appliance to power supply source. Make
surethesteamcontrolknobisonthe“OFF”position.
MAKING ESPRESSO COFFEE
1. Removethefunnelbyturningitinclockwise.Addgroundcoeetocoeelterwithmeasuringspoon,
aspoongroundcoeepowercanmakeaboutacupoftop-gradecoee,thenpressthegroundcoee
powder tightly with the tamper.
2. Setcoeelterintometalfunnel,pullthepressbarbackward,makesurethetubeonthefunnelaligns
withgrooveintheappliance,theninsertthefunnelintotheappliancefromthe“Insert”positionand
releasethepressbar,andyoucanxthemintocoeemakerrmlythroughturnitanticlockwiseuntilitis
atthe“lock”position.(Seegure1).
3. Pour out the hot water in the cup. Then place the hot cup on removable shelf.
4. Atthetime,thebluelampisilluminated,ifthebluelampisashing,waitforamoment,oncetheblue
lampisilluminated,andyoushouldpressthecoee/hotwaterbutton,thecoeewillbeowingout.
Note: Duringoperation,iftheblueindicatorisashing,youmustclosethepumpandstoptomake
espressocoee.Afterafewseconds,ifthebluelampisilluminatedagain,youcanmakeespressocoee
continuedbypressingcoee/hotwaterbutton,thebluelampiscycleONandOFFtomaintainthewater
temperature hot enough.
5. Youshouldpresscoee/hotwaterbuttonmanuallywhendesiredcoeeisobtainedorthecolourofcoee
changesweakobviously,yourcoeeisreadynow.
WARNING:Donotleavethecoeemakerunattendedduringmakingthecoee,asyouneedoperate
manually!
6. Afternishingmakingthecoee,youcantakethemetalfunneloutturninganticlockwise,andthenpour
thecoeeresidueoutwiththesteelmeshpressedbypressbar.
7. Let them cool down completely, then rinse under running water.
FROTHING MILK / MAKING CAPPUCCINO
You get a cup of cappuccino when you top up a cup of espresso with frothing milk.
Method:
1. Prepareespressorstwithcontainerbigenoughaccordingtothepart“MakingEspressoCoee”,make
surethatthesteamcontrolknobisatthe“OFF”position.
2. Pressthesteamswitch,waitingforblueindicatortostopashing.
Note: During operation, if the green indicator is extinguished, you should turn the steam control knob to
anti-clockwisedirection.
3. Fillajugwithabout100gramsofmilkforeachcappuccinotobeprepared,youarerecommendedtouse
whole milk at refrigerator temperature (not hot!).
Note: Inchoosingthesizeofjug,itisrecommendedthatthediameterisnotlessthan70±5mm,andbear
inmindthatthemilkincreasesinvolumeby2times,makesuretheheightofjugisenough.
4. Turnthesteamcontrolknobslowlyinanti-clockwise,steamwillcomeoutfromthefrothingdevice.
Note: Never turn the steam control button rapidly, as the steam will accumulate rapidly in short time
which may increase the potential of the risk of explosion.
5. Insert the frothing device into the milk about two centimetres, froth milk in the way moving vessel round
from up to down.
6. Whentherequiredpurposeisreached,youcanturnthesteamcontrolknobinclockwisedirection.
Note: Clean steam outlet with wet sponge immediately after steam stops generating, but be careful as it
is hot!
7. Pour the frothed milk into the espresso prepared; now the cappuccino is ready. If desired, sprinkle the
froth with a little cocoa powder.
8. Pressthesteamswitchtocutthepowersourceo.
Note: werecommendyouallowthemachinetocooldownatleastfor5minbeforemakingcoeeagain.
OtherwiseburntodourmayoccurinyourEspressocoee.
