PRODUCTS
COVERED BY THIS
INVOICE
ARE
SOLD WITHOUT
REPRESENTATION
OR WARRANTY,
EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED
AND
SELLER
EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS
AND EXCLUDES
ANY
AND ALL
WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR
A
PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
Seller warrants
that the
products
covered
by this invoice
shall be free from
defects in
material
and workmanship.
Seller's liability
for defective
products
is limited
to the repair
or
replace
of the
products
or refrmd
of the
purchase
price
of the
defective
products
at
Seller's
election,
provided
the
defective
products
are retumed
to Seller
[within
[ninety
(90)
days from
the date
of shipment
by Seller].
Under no circumstances
(whether
or not
foreseeable)
shall
Seller be
obligated for
consequential,
special, incidental
or other
damages, losses
or expenses in
connection with
or by reason
of any
breach of Seller's
warranty
hereunder;
Seller's
liability is
limited to the repair
or replacement
of the
product
or to refund the
purchase
price
ofthe
product.
No
productmay
be returned
without
prior
written
authorization.
