service@convoy.com.au or by letter to Locked Bag 970, Botany NSW 1455
and submit such details of your claim as Convoy requires.
9. Deliver the product(s) the subject of your claim to the Authorised Service
Centre nominated by Convoy. Details of the Authorised Services Centres are
available at www.ehiā€¢ .com.au
10. You must bear any expense you incur in claiming this warranty.
Notice:
11. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a
major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss
or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if
the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to
a major failure.
