Assembling the Solis Blender.

Preparation

Before using the blender for the first time and after a

prolonged period of storage, you should clean the

mixing jug in warm water with some washing up

detergent and then dry it thoroughly.

1. Place the blender base on a dry, firm, and level

worktop. Check that the On/Off switch on the

blender base is set to “0” (middle position; OFF).

2. Position the assembled mixing jug on the holder of

the blender base.The dark slots in the base of the

jug must slide between the three oval guides on

the blender base. (See Fig. 1+2)

3.Then turn the mixing jug clockwise without using

force to the stop (about

of a turn).This locks

the mixing jug onto the blender base. (See Fig. 3)

Important note: the motor only runs when the

mixing jug is correctly assembled and is locked onto

the holder of the blender base. If the motor does not

run, please check that the mixing jug is correctly

locked.The appliance is now ready for use and you

can place the ingredients in the mixing jug.

4. Now plug the power cord into a suitable 230V,

50Hz wall socket.
