ETHERNET NETWORK SETTINGS ARE INCORRECT
If you could not get an Internet connection after connecting your
computer to the SOMAport via Ethernet, but your physical connection
seems to be intact, your computer’s Ethernet network settings may need
to be changed.
Use the procedure in this section appropriate to your operating system
to reconfigure Ethernet network settings. You may be prompted to
insert the installation CD for your operating system, and you may need
to reboot your computer after changing the settings before you can
successfully connect to the Internet.
To change network settings in Windows 95
1 Choose StartSettingsControl Panel.
2 Double-click the Network icon.
The Network window opens to the Configuration tab.
