FR INSTALLATION 1 1.1 Déverrouiller le moteur • Retirer le capot du moteur. • Appuyer sur la manette (à droite, partie rainurée). • Tirer sur la manette. Le pignon est libéré. Le moteur est déverrouillé. 1.2 Cas d'installation standard 12 ! Fixer le moteur au sol 17 T25 Installer impérativement la plaque métallique fournie sous le moteur. La plaque doit être en contact direct avec le moteur pour garantir son étanchéité aux gros débris, aux insectes, etc.
FR 1 Installation " Fixer la crémaillère • La crémaillère doit être fixée sur le renfort du portail. • Utiliser des vis adaptées au matériau de votre portail (voir page 8). • Ne jamais graisser la crémaillère ni le pignon du moteur. • En fixant la crémaillère sur le haut des trous oblongs, le jeu de 2 mm nécessaire entre la crémaillère et le pignon est assuré. • Si les points de fixation sont trop proches du bord du renfort : fixer la crémaillère au centre des trous oblongs.
1 FR Installation 17 1.3 Cas d'installation particulier : portail avec un renfort bas T25 Installer impérativement la plaque métallique fournie sous le moteur. La plaque doit être en contact direct avec le moteur pour garantir son étanchéité aux gros débris, aux insectes, etc. La crémaillère fournie dans le pack n'est pas adaptée pour un portail avec un renfort bas. L'utilisation d'une crémaillère à fixation basse (ref. 9011089) est nécessaire. Veuillez contacter Somfy.
FR 1 Installation 1.5 Verrouiller le moteur Ne jamais verrouiller le moteur lorsque le portail est en mouvement au risque de déteriorer la motorisation Appuyer sur la manette. 1.6 Fixation de l’électronique de commande Pour faciliter le câblage, l'électronique peut être fixée une fois les câblages réalisés. • Enlever l’élastique qui maintient l’électronique • Déplier la “patte” de l’électronique de commande. • Visser l’électronique de commande au moteur. de commande au moteur.
1 FR Installation 1.7 Câblage du moteur Pour votre sécurité, ces opérations devront se faire hors tension. Par défaut, le moteur est câblé pour une installation à gauche du portail. Pour une installation du moteur à droite du portail, intervertir les fils branchés sur les bornes 10 et 11 de l’électronique de commande (étiquette verte M1).
FR 1 Installation 1.8 Raccordement électrique du moteur • Pour votre sécurité, ces opérations doivent se faire hors tension. • Utiliser un câble 3 x 1,5 mm² ou 3 x 2,5 mm² pour un usage extérieur (type H07RN-F minimum). • Utiliser impérativement le serre-câble fourni. Pour tous les câbles basse tension, s’assurer qu’ils résistent à une traction de 100 N. Vérifier que les conducteurs n’ont pas bougé après avoir appliqué cette traction. 1. Dégainer le câble sur 150 mm. 2.

FR 2 MISE EN SERVICE ET UTILISATION STANDARD 2.1 Mettre l’installation sous tension 1. Le voyant clignote (2 fois). Le moteur est sous tension et en attente d’auto-apprentissage. 2. Si le voyant ne s’allume pas ou que le nombre de clignotements n’est pas celui attendu : voir diagnostic page 33. 2.2 Auto-apprentissage de la course du portail Pré-requis - Avant de lancer l’auto-apprentissage, vérifier que : • Le portail est à mi-course. • L’installation est sous tension : • Le moteur est verrouillé.
Pendant l’auto-apprentissage, un appui sur la touche 1 de la télécommande ou sur le bouton l’électronique de commande entraîne l’arrêt du portail et de l’auto-apprentissage. 2 FR Mise en service et utilisation standard de 2.3 Mise en veille / réveil de l’électronique de commande Lorsque l’auto-apprentissage a été effectué, l’électronique passe automatiquement en veille après 5 minutes d’inactivité, pour faire des économies d'énergie. En état de veille, tous les voyants sont éteints.
FR 2 Mise en service et utilisation standard 2.6 Ouverture totale et fermeture du portail Les télécommandes livrées dans le kit sont déjà mémorisées et programmées pour que la touche 1 des télécommandes commande l’ouverture totale du portail. Touche 1 Keytis NS 2 • Portail fermé : appuyer sur la touche 1 de la télécommande pour ouvrir totalement le portail. • Portail en mouvement : appuyer sur la touche 1 de la télécommande pour arrêter le portail.
FR CÂBLAGE DES ACCESSOIRES 3 Pour votre sécurité, ces opérations doivent se faire hors tension. Il est conseillé de réaliser l'auto-apprentissage de la course du portail avant de raccorder les accessoires (cellules photoélectriques, feu orange, etc.) 3.1 Cellules photoélectriques Le câblage d’un second jeu de cellules photoélectriques n’est pas possible sur cette motorisation.
FR 3 Câblage des accessoires 3.3 Batterie (selon le pack choisi) Cet accessoire est incompatible avec une alimentation solaire. Pour une durée de vie optimale de la batterie, couper l’alimentation électrique du portail au moins 3 fois par an pour le faire fonctionner quelques cycles sur la batterie. Caractéristiques de la batterie : • Autonomie : 10 cycles en continu ou 24 heures sur un portail en parfait état. • Temps de charge avant utilisation optimale de la batterie : 48 heures.
3.5 3 FR Câblage des accessoires Visiophone (option) Cet accessoire est incompatible avec une alimentation solaire. NC COM NO 3.6 Contact à clé (option) Cet accessoire est incompatible avec une alimentation solaire. 3.7 Eclairage de zone (option) Cet accessoire est incompatible avec une alimentation solaire. Utiliser uniquement des ampoules halogènes ou incandescences pour l’éclairage de zone, 500 W maximum.
FR 3 Câblage des accessoires 3.8 Alimentation solaire (option) Ne jamais brancher le moteur à une alimentation 230 V pendant qu’il est branché à une alimentation solaire, le boîtier électronique du moteur risquerait d’être endommagé.
FR PARAMÉTRAGES AVANCÉS 4 4.1 Ouverture piétonne > Fonctionnement de l’ouverture piétonne 1m Un appui sur la touche de la télécommande programmée pour l’ouverture piétonne entraîne une ouverture d'environ 1 mètre du portail. Un nouvel appui sur la touche referme le portail. > Activer l’ouverture piétonne La touche 1 des télécommandes 2 ou 4 touches ne peut pas être programmée pour commander l’ouverture piétonne du portail. Voir “Programmation des télécommandes”, pages 28-30, pour plus d’informations.
FR 4 Paramétrages avancés 4.2 Fermeture automatique G Fonctionnement de la fermeture automatique Appuyer sur la touche 1 de la télécommande pour ouvrir le portail. Le portail se referme après 30 secondes ou 5 secondes si un passage est détecté par les cellules photoélectriques. La fermeture automatique du portail peut être interrompue en appuyant sur la touche 1 de la télécommande. Pour ensuite refermer le portail, appuyer à nouveau sur la touche 1 de la télécommande.

Toutes modifications qui ne respectent pas ces instructions mettent en péril la sécurité des biens et des personnes.

To ensure an optimum battery life, switch the gate's electric power supply off at least 3 times a year to run a number of cycles using the battery. Battery specifications: • Battery life: 10 continuous cycles or 24 hours on a gate in perfect condition. • Optimum charge time before using the battery: 48 hours • Service life: 3 years.

EN 3 Wiring the accessories 3.8 Solar power (optional) Never connect your motor to a 230 V power supply when it is connected to a solar power supply, as this may damage the motor's electronics unit. When the motor is running on the solar feed: • only the remote controls and radio control points can be used to control the gate (wired controls are deactivated), • the wired safety accessories (photoelectric cells, orange light) remain active.
EN FR ADVANCED PARAMETER SETTINGS 4 4.1 Pedestrian opening C Pedestrian opening operation 1m Pressing the remote control button programmed to open the pedestrian opening causes the gate to open about 1 metre. Pressing the button again, closes the gate. C Activating the pedestrian opening Button 1 on 2- or 4-button remote controls cannot be programmed to control pedestrian opening. See “Programming the remote controls”, pages 28-30, for more information.
EN 4 Advanced parameter settings 4.2 Automatic closing A Automatic closure operation Press button 1 on the remote control to open the gate. The gate closes again a@er 30 seconds or 5 seconds if the photoelectric cells detect a passage. The automatic closing can be interrupted by pressing button 1 on the remote control. To then close the gate, press button 1 on the remote control again.
