Troubleshooting
Drive stops while the door is
opening.
Drive opens the door and then
gives no reaction to com-
mands from the remote con-
trol or the wall station (acces-
sory).

then gives no reaction to
commands from the remote

tive or misaligned.

3. a) Unlock drive and slide
the carriage to the middle of
the running rail

remote control or the wall

If the drive now still does
not open and close the
door, the OPEN door end
switch is defective.

door’s motion for possible
object present.
2. Check LED on the photo-
electric barrier and “Safety”
LED on the controller hous-
ing.
3. a) Unlock drive and slide
the carriage to the middle of
the running rail
b) Lock the drive.
c) Operate the hand-held
remote control or the wall
station.
If the drive now still does
not close and open the
door, the OPEN door end
switch is defective.
